House Calls

On-Site Authentication Program - House Calls Premium and Bulk Authentication Program Eligible Submitters:

• Auction Houses, Dealers, Private Collectors, Estate Collections

Benefits:

• Up to an eight-hour day of autograph authentication at your home, office, warehouse, memorabilia shop, or at our New Jersey (2 Sylvan Way - Suite 102 - Parsippany, NJ 07054) facility (prorated therefore)
• 35 James Spence Authentication Letters of Authenticity (LOA),which includes a full description of the item, genuine signature of the authenticator(s), notarized seal, and a digital color scan/photograph of the item and/or Letters of Regret (LOR)
• Items and their certification numbers are registered on the James Spence Authentication website for public verification
• James Spence Authentication Letters of Authenticity are guaranteed to be accepted by all major auction houses or your authentication fee is reimbursed
• Unlimited verbal authentications (not binding without a James Spence Authentication LOA)

Additional:

• Any extra LOA's/LOF's beyond the required 35 will be charged a discounted $50 fee per letter. We will hold the $50 fee per letter for 30 days following the date of the House Call
• A reduced Basic Cert fee for bulk inventories will be determined depending on the quantity and value mix of merchandise

Compensation:

• Per diem fee of $2500 payable upon completion of session
• Air travel coach class ticket(s) or 50.4 cents per mile roundtrip if deemed drivable
• Roundtrip airport taxi fares or car rental to your facility (please e-mail directions)
• Double occupancy hotel accommodations for length of stay
